Supervision Group Calendar
The following supervision groups take place on alternating weeks:

Suicidal Ideation and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI)
Every other Thursday, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This specialized supervision group is designed for therapists who want to build confidence and competence in working with clients experiencing suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI). These issues can be challenging to address, but this group offers a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for practitioners to deepen their understanding and refine their skills. By engaging in open discussions about complex cases, participants can share insights, receive expert guidance, and develop a more nuanced approach to helping clients in crisis.
Led every other Tuesday by experienced supervisor Aubrey Lough, the group focuses on equipping therapists with essential tools for addressing these critical mental health concerns. Key areas of focus include assessing risk, creating effective safety plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Participants will also explore the emotional and relational dynamics underlying suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, gaining a deeper understanding of how to foster resilience and recovery. Additionally, the group covers best practices for clinical documentation to ensure compliance with licensing board standards while reflecting the depth of care provided.
Beyond skill-building, this supervision group emphasizes the importance of community and mutual support among peers. Through case discussions, expert feedback, and collaborative learning, therapists can enhance their ability to provide compassionate and effective care for their clients while safeguarding their own professional well-being. Whether you are an associate working toward licensure or an experienced therapist looking to expand your expertise, this group offers a valuable opportunity to grow in your practice and confidently navigate these challenging aspects of mental health care.

SUD and addiction-related codependency
Every other Thursday, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Every other Thursday, Ryan Lindsey, a seasoned therapist and clinical supervisor, facilitates a dynamic online supervision group specifically tailored for therapists in Washington State. This group focuses on substance use disorders and addiction-related codependency, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for associates to deepen their understanding of these complex issues. Ryan brings years of experience to each session, offering insights, strategies, and a space for discussion to help participants grow more confident and skilled in addressing substance use challenges in their practice.
The supervision group is designed to meet the needs of associates who are eager to expand their knowledge and gain hands-on experience working with clients navigating addiction and codependency. Through case consultations, shared resources, and interactive learning opportunities, participants enhance their therapeutic approaches while building a solid foundation for addressing these critical areas of mental health. This supportive format encourages open dialogue and fosters a sense of community among peers, which can be particularly valuable for associates navigating the early stages of their professional careers.
In addition to professional development, the group offers practical benefits for associates working toward licensure. By participating, associates earn hours in a more cost-effective and efficient way compared to traditional supervision options. This makes the group an attractive option for therapists balancing the demands of licensure requirements with financial considerations. Ultimately, Ryan’s supervision group provides an invaluable opportunity for associates to grow as professionals, deepen their expertise, and advance their careers in a supportive, collaborative setting.
