My job at Freesia Therapy Collective is to help keep things running smoothly! As a Kinesiology student, I bring that background to the team—combining my understanding of physical health with a deep appreciation for the importance of mental well-being.
In my role as Administrative Assistant, I handle scheduling, client communication, and daily office operations with attention to detail and a warm, approachable attitude. I also work as a youth basketball coach and run my own personal training business—both of which reflect my passion for leadership and helping others reach their goals.
When I’m not at work or studying, I enjoy going to the gym, playing basketball, skiing, and spending quality time with the people I care about.
