Cory Jubitz, LMHCA

Therapist
Humans are wired for connection—and sometimes the most important place to start is by reconnecting with ourselves.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you, second- guessing your choices, or noticing the same patterns show up again and again, therapy can offer a meaningful space to pause, understand what’s happening, and begin creating something different.
In our work together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. We’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that means communicating more clearly, setting and maintaining boundaries with greater ease, understanding how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors, or feeling more grounded in who you are.
My goal is to support you in moving toward a life that feels more alive, intentional, hopeful, self-aware, peaceful, and connected—to yourself and to others. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I grew up in Portland, Oregon, and now call the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge home. Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me hiking, playing pickleball, or fostering dogs. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in journalism and communications—work that deepened my appreciation for people’s stories and the many ways we make meaning of our lives. Eventually, I followed my heart and earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling through Adams State University.
