Living a human life can be a wild ride—full of hope, fear, disappointment, loss, joy, and uncertainty. At times, we may find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right. In those moments, having someone to walk alongside you can help you find your footing when the terrain has changed and old ways of navigating no longer seem to work.

My goal as your therapist is to come alongside you, offering a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported as you make sense of your experiences. With curiosity and compassion, I’ll help you explore aspects of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships that may be outside of your awareness, supporting you in developing greater insight, healing, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

I believe humans are layered, multifaceted, and sometimes contradictory beings, and that meaningful change often begins through the process of coming to know ourselves more fully.

Humans are shaped by our relationships. We are often wounded through our connections with others, and we can also experience profound healing through them. Therapy offers a unique space to explore the ways you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world in an environment grounded in safety, authenticity, and respect.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction, life transitions, or simply a desire to know yourself more deeply, my hope is to support you in cultivating greater self-understanding, increased freedom of choice, and the confidence to create a life that feels meaningful and authentically your own.
