Founder, Therapist and Supervisor

I grew up on Bainbridge Island, WA and then moved to Canada, attending McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. When my son was born, we moved to Kelowna, BC. I returned to Bainbridge in 2013 to be closer to my family and strong support network. After my return to the area, I met the man who is now my husband and we have worked tirelessly to blend our families and build connection. Our daughter was born in 2023, and our growing family continues to be an unending source of light and joy.

I have traveled extensively throughout North America and Europe, always being fascinated by different cultures and people. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA and interned at the Kwawachee Counseling Center with the Puyallup Tribal Health Authority.

I have experience working with couples, families, and individuals of all ages from a variety of cultures/ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, and religious beliefs, as well as LGBTQIA+. My approach is integrated, operating from a systems theory background, with a lens that is relational and informed by awareness of how societal factors impact experience.
