Now fully licensed — Tracy Ferezan, Kelly O’Connor and Milo Orr!
It's a season of growth at Freesia Therapy Collective! We are thrilled to celebrate three members of our team who have reached major milestones in their licensure journeys.
Tracy Ferezan, LMHC, SUDP has achieved the impressive distinction of dual licensure — as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Substance Use Disorder Professional. Tracy brings a deeply compassionate, advocacy-rooted approach to her work, with a particular expertise in trauma treatment and addiction and recovery. Her belief in every person's capacity for change — symbolized by the dragonfly she wears as a daily reminder — is truly an inspiration to us all.
Kelly O'Connor, LMHC is a passionate advocate for youth and marginalized voices, with over 15 years of experience working with kids and teens, and a creative, strengths-based approach that incorporates art, music, and even play therapy to make healing feel accessible and enjoyable.
Milo Orr, LMHC brings a deeply affirming, trauma-informed approach to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma survivors, and those navigating neurodiversity and alternative relationship structures — drawing on modalities like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Tracy, Kelly and Milo — we are so proud of you, and so lucky to have you on this team!
