Meet our newest therapist, Kelly O’Connor!
Youth and marginalized voices are too often silenced, dismissed, or misunderstood. Kelly works with young people who are navigating identity, processing trauma, or simply feeling lost—offering a compassionate, creative space to heal and grow. As a therapist, her goal is to make the healing process as approachable and meaningful as possible.
Kelly’s approach is humanistic and strengths-based, centering each client’s story, resilience, and inner resources. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and roleplay—to support each individual’s unique path.
She is a strong believer in the power of creative expression as a tool for healing. Whether through art, music, or play, Kelly helps clients explore their emotions and experiences in ways that feel accessible and non-intimidating.
With over 15 years of experience working with children and teens in therapy, education, childcare, and camp settings, Kelly brings warmth, patience, and empathy to her work. She is especially passionate about supporting queer and trans youth, youth of color, and neurodivergent young people in finding their voice and building confidence.
